Nintendo has beaten a number of firms to be awarded the accolade of best customer service?for consumer electronics. Research firm Forrester?looked at 150 companies and asked 7,500 U.S. consumers the following questions: How well did they meet your need? How easy were they to do business with? How enjoyable were they to do business with??Nintendo scored an impressive 83 for its customer support for the Wii and the Nintendo DS (and presumably the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS).?The number two company in this consumer electronic category was Apple, with a ranking of 79, followed by Sony at 76.
